We want you to wear what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
ELIGIBILITY Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and limited drop pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you can manage your order directly through your account at https://account.sicaryo.com or email us at hello@sicaryo.com before your order is fulfilled.
Once cancelled or returned under this right, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
HOW TO RETURN Email us at hello@sicaryo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or item.
REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@sicaryo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Sicaryo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
