PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK SHIPPING
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING

Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days from dispatch. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

European shipping is charged at a flat rate of £14.99 per order.

Please note that customs charges, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Sicaryo.

DELAYS
Once your order has been dispatched, Sicaryo is not responsible for delays caused by any third party courier. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of your dispatch notification please contact us at hello@sicaryo.com

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Sicaryo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly submitted address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at hello@sicaryo.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with neighbours and your local delivery office before contacting us. For any unresolved issues email hello@sicaryo.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship outside of Europe. We are working on making Sicaryo available worldwide. Stay tuned.
